  1. Phil – you make me hungry. If I lived in NYC AND followed your suggestions – I’d weigh more than I do! Thank you for the reminder to get out and work off some of what I ate yesterday, so I can eat today and tomorrow. And, thanks for the reminder to pace myself and taste instead of eat! Have a wonderful week.

    1. Hey Clay!

If I did not exeercise as much as I do I would also weigh at lot more! Since we’ll be attending all three nights pacing ourselves will be a must! So much great food in this city.

It seemed awhile since seeing you pop up so I literally just checked my email to see if you had anything recent I missed! Taste of the Upper West Side looks like a spectacular event, a great cause, and so many exciting options from which to pick! The Big Band looks like some fantastic fun, and among celebrity chefs, I am quite fond of Anne Burrell, besides thinking she is lovely, she really knows how to cook, and I do enjoy her instructional programs. I’ll share this Post on both of my Facebook Pages and Twitter. Great overview.
