  1. Oh sweet baby Jesus. Someone fly me to New York..PRONTO. I can never find decent mac & cheese here in Vegas just like I can’t find good tacos or tamales either.

  2. Hi Phil…
I love the Mac Daddy, which would be a sort of american version of the Mac, i.e scottish prefix, Donald´s guy Roland 😀 Plus… Hmmm cheese… I could live eating cheese…
Another great delivery… Thanks for sharing.
    Best wishes. Aquileana :star:

  3. Wow, how I would love to go to this! I love macaroni and cheese so much. The more varieties of cheese, the better. Breadcrumbs? Even better! Have the best time!

  4. Well see I’m from Seattle, where the world’s best artisan cheese & mac comes from Beecher’s. Don’t believe me? Check out their Flatiron store at 900 Broadway. (And what’s with the no-URLs?)

    1. Hey Barb!

I have been to Beechers. Great place. Love getting a freshly made hot grilled cheese there. Oh yes!

What do you mean by no-urls? I included a bunch at the bottom of the post for the event and those running it.

  5. You know this event is a winner when they have to sell tickets in time blocks. But then who doesn’t love mac and cheese? Have a great time!

    1. Hey Karen!

I think if they didn’t sell tickets in time block it would be a madhouse with everyone bombarding the place for their cheese fix all at once!

  6. Oh I love the name of this. I can see the catch phrases already, “Who’s the Mac Daddy?”

Looks like a lot of fun. I dare say the judges who have to taste them all will need a new belt by the end of it, or maybe not even a belt at all 🙂

    1. Hey Guy!

Yes, the name of the event is fun to play with. Can’t wait to get there and check out what’s being offered. I just might dicth the pants and wear sweats that day!

    1. Hey Chanel!

Thanks for dropping by and commenting! It will be nice out on Sunday and this is only sold in hour time blocks so why not, right? Because cheese!

  7. Man, if this were being held on April 2nd, I’d be all over this since I’m already going to be in the city for the NY Auto Show. Oh well, I’ll just have to live vicariously through your pics. 🙂

Feel free to comment! We all have opinions!
