I am kind of a lucky man. I am surrounded by terrific cooks and friends that can whip up delicious tasting meals and delicacies with a snap of their fingers. Being that I normally schedule my daily training session in the morning before work there is just no time to hit the kitchen to prepare a meal. That is where supplementation comes in. My normal routine now includes an EAS protein shake, fruit, and vitamin pack as soon as I get to my desk at the office.
